Lakeland Care, Inc. (LCI) is a Wisconsin-based managed care organization (MCO) providing long-term care services and supports to eligible frail elders and individuals with physical and intellectual/developmental disabilities through Wisconsin's Family Care program.  Currently, Lakeland Care supports members living in twenty-two counties and two tribes in Northeastern, Northern and Central Wisconsin and the Fox Valley.
